NetAgent Mobile 2.0

The NetAgent Mobile application assists MNX agents in completing tasks such as picking up and delivering shipments.

MNX vendors utilize the NetAgent Mobile application to track shipment pickup and delivery status as well as order completion punctuality. The application accesses a centralized database, providing agents with up-to-date information.

Users assign jobs to agents, who confirm their readiness for pickup by accepting the job. These jobs are then visible on the Pickup Stage and Delivery Stage.

The agent validates the package's arrival before proceeding with the process. The application records whether the package was picked up on the first attempt or after subsequent tries.

Additionally, there is a stage during which the agent requests the user's signature and name as proof of delivery.

The NetAgent Mobile application offers enhanced control over your entire shipping network and its data. The user-friendly mobile app allows real-time tracking of shipment orders.
